Charming Stay!
helpful staff great location
The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location was fantastic, close to transportation. I found the room to be clean each day with fresh towels. It was a very positive experience.
The room I stayed in was quite small. I could not find much space for luggage. This made moving around a bit difficult. Storage options would improve the space.

The room was very clean. fresh towels were provided daily. the location provided easy access to transportation. The tube station was only a five-minute walk.

great transport convenient transport room fridge no lift creaky floor collapsing stairs
The location had great transport links. That was very convenient. A fridge in the room was very useful. I found the staff pleasant and accommodating.
There was no lift. That was not ideal. The floors were quite creaky! The stairs seemed close to collapsing.
